Ray Winninger’s Underground

In the early ’90s, a guy who wrote the book on DC Heroes (or at least the 2nd edition) wrote an angry game about genetically-enhanced super-soldiers trying fix a broken world with guns.

It was so ’90s it hurt and it was glorious.
